Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, eine super Lage und ein top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der Gastgeber Roberto ist sehr nett und hat uns außerdem mit sehr vielen hilfreichen Informationen versorgt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Beautiful courtyard but terrible stay
Location & Historic courtyard
-No proper AC. Instead, they provided two fans and two portable AC units. These units were so loud and ineffective that sleeping was impossible. Because of the exhaust hose, the windows had to remain open. Even when set to 16°C, the room temperature stayed at a humid 31°C. On top, just to get some quiet sleep, you had to turn these extremely noisy machines off but then the humidity and heat made it impossible to sleep anyway. It was a devastating experience paying 84+10= 94 euros hoping a basic yet comfortable, uninterrupted night of sleep only to suffocate inside or sleep with windows open under mosquito attacks. -Everything in the apartment was chosen of the cheapest materials. The towels were completely worn out from being washed too many times. -if you arrive on a sunday, you will download an app and use 1 time an electronic key system to reach the physical keys and will be charged an extra fee of 10 euros. İt makes you wonder about the true cost of this system and can be considered as a hidden service fee to squeeze more money out of you. The lack of elevators and AC in historic buildings can be underatood but it is the host's responsibility to invest in guest comfort rather than just focusing on short-term profits.
