    Die Lage zur Biennale ist sehr gut. Die Schlafzimmer sind gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Einkaufsgelegenheiten und Restaurants sind in der Nähe, insbesondere ein sehr guter Fleischer und auch ein Fischgeschäft.

    Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Gläsern ist eher dürftig und sehr bunt zusammengewürfelt. Der Sonnens Himmel im Innenhof ist verdreckt und beschädigt. Da das Erdgeschoss recht dunkel ist, könnte die Beleuchtung besser sein.
