Location and Lovely Property
Location A+, very short walk to Montepulciano gateway... and free parking which is a rarity!!! And management A+ too... loved our hostess... so friendly and accommodating!!! The property, restaurant and wine tasting room are lovely. The guest rooms are a bit dated, but just fine. All considered, a great stay!

great location and very clean but noisy and strong fragrance.
Location - it was excellent - just out of the restricted driving area. It was easy to walk into town every day.
The apartment does not have an outdoor area When we can back after a long day there was not place to hang out and relax except on our bed. My biggest complain was the room was treated with TONS of artificial fragrance throughout out the room. I have fragrance issues but my husband does not and it was so bad it was giving him a headache too. After we arrived we were able to remove the fragrance plug ins and the curtains that were drowning in the fragrance and then open up the windows. By the next day it had mostly cleared. The building is old and the doors are heavy and old fashioned so you hear everything. It is impossible for the neighbors to come and go without hearing them and being woke up by the opening and closing of the doors.
