Wir wurden kurzfristig, sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Man gab sich große Mühe uns aufzufangen nach einer sehr unschönen Auseinandersetzung mit der ursprünglichen von uns gebuchten Unterkunft. Es ist alles sehr schön und wir haben mit Hilfe einer Translated App super Gespräche geführt. Es war sehr schön.
Der Pool ist leicht salzig und wer lange Haare hat, braucht eine Badekappe. Das sollte man wissen.

Ein wunderschöner Hof mit schönen Ausflugszielen in der Umgebung und ausgesprochen nette Gastgeber.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden, Costa di Gavedo ist eine wunderschöne Anlage, alles sehr geschmackvoll und gut und liebevoll gepflegt Die Gatsgeber Francesca und Tiziano sind beide sehr nett und jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle, da sie auch dort wohnen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Abbiamo prenotato una camera matrimoniale con vista bosco, in cui sapevamo che non c’era aria condizionata ma una bella finestra in camera. Per una contemporanea doppia prenotazione su questo sito, così c’è stato detto dalla proprietaria, quando siamo arrivati la camera non era disponibile e siamo stati spostati in un piccolo appartamento. Il divano letto era tutto macchiato. La camera era ubicata nel sottotetto, senza finestre se non delle piccolissime aperture di 20 cm per 10. In camera era presente un condizionatore a terra che faceva un rumore infernale e non raffreddava a sufficienza, inoltre con i materassi vecchi di vent’anni che si chiudevano a sandwich quando ti ci sdraiavi non era possibile dormire. Alle 4.30 di notte siamo scappati! Alle ns dimostrante per iscritto c’è stato detto che purtroppo avevano beccato la settimana più calda dell’estate, risposta che vedo leggendo nei commenti sta dando a tutti quelli che si lamentano. Trovo scarsamente professionale non comunicare prima dell’arrivo che la camera prenotata non sarebbe stata disponibile e lasciare a noi l’opportunità di scegliere, trovo scarsamente professionale non proporre neppure un minimo di rimborso dato che mi pare una situazione indecorosa, trovo scarsamente professionale la risposta che mi è stata data e che dà a tutti indipendentemente da quanto le viene comunicato.
