Pleasant. Helpful staff. Great spa sauna and pools. Good location overlooking the matterhorn.

Great staff. The room got a bit hot but I dont think I knew how to work the thermostat. The sauna and pools were fantastic . Good hotel. Breakfast good too. Bed was very comfortable too.

I cant really fault it. All good.
