I loved, just loved this rental. There's no way I won't visit Florence again, so now my go-to place!

Access was easy, direct instructions, no tricks or other hoops to jump through to get keys or access. Great job in communicating through What's App. Really appreciate the attention to detail.

What's not to like. Everything was perfect.
