the apartment is well equipped. We all what is need for one good stay. Location is good and easy to reach center and to out of the city for travelling to nears towns in Sicily.
The first impression is really bad. At the night when we arrived we have delay of the our flight with an hour. I have alerted the host that we are in delay and will make our best to reach the apartment as soon as possible. We were at place at 22:30 as we agreed with the host when we arrived on airport in Catania via "What's up" but he did not pick up his phone when we were in front of the building . I tried around the an hour and something to reach him on the phone by calls and messages but he did not response. After that I have called to Booking service center and waiting 20 mins to speak with someone. The clark advised me to write email with description of the case and that it all no further support . Can you imagine? We have been left on the street without any support and we are ending in at the street in without access to the apartment with boy on 8 years that was tired and wants to sleep. It was really unbelievable for me. How ever I went to one bar near by to recharge my phone and there for our luck waiter help me to find accommodation for the night. So after 2-3 hours after we are managed to find where to spend the night. At next morning host wrote me around 6 at the morning that his phone was broken that why he had not seen my messages. Finally we take our keys for the apartment an enter the property. With this ends bad part of our trip. Host is return us money that we paid for first night in other place. Which was fear. Rest three days we enjoyed of our vacation and visit great places in Sicily.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement.
L’appartement est spacieux, confortable, propre et très bien aménagé. Il est également très proche du centre, ce qui le rend très pratique pour accéder aux restaurants, magasins, bus,…
La seule chose à améliorer selon nous concerne l’absence de volets dans la chambre. La lumière du jour nous réveillait très tôt.

Allotjament correcte tot i que el tracte va ser decebedor.
L’allotjament compleix amb el que ofereix. Malgrat tenir només un llit, el sofà-llit era còmode.
La persona de contacte m’informa que un cop arribada a l’allotjament l’he d’avisar i que m’obrirà mitjançant una app. En arribar, resulta que no funciona i el contacte en qüestió em suggereix que forci la porta del carrer (un delicte) i que piqui els veïns per a què m’obrin. Afortunadament, un veí va baixar a obrir-nos, doncs el responsable volia que esperés una hora fins que ella sortís de la feina malgrat que ja eren les 18h de la tarda i l’havia avisar de l’hora d’arribada.
