    Good location just ok room

    The location is great for exploring the city on foot! The bathroom was nice. We booked last minute and the host was kind.

    The booking listing is a bit misleading. The room we had was tiny and nothing like the photos in the listing. The bed was placed into a cutout in the wall that would be a balcony. The construction of the balcony was questionable lol from reading the reviews I think the other rooms are much nicer.

    Abbiamo prenotato dal 6/10 ottobre devo dire che la struttura non è male per lo meno la nostra camera Queen era carina ,il bagno si lascia molto desiderare abbiamo trovato la ciambella del vater rotta ,nella doccia bagnoschiuma già usato ,i documenti mi sono stati chiesti ieri sera ovvero il giorno prima di partire, oggi pomeriggio ore 15.15 ricevo un SMS di lasciare la tassa di soggiorno in camera sensa ovviamente ricevuta premetto che la camera l'abbiamo lasciata alle ore 10 alle 15 mi trovavo già in Emilia Romagna

    Il bagno deve essere rivisto L'organizzazione un po' più chiara dal primo giorno

    I had a wonderful stay at La Dimora dei Teatri. The host was very friendly and helped us with everything — from car parking to recommending places to eat and visit. We were also very satisfied with the room service- it was cleaned every two days. Highly recommended!
