    A very disappointing experience in Naples that I wouldn't wish on others.

    The host met us on arrival and did her best to get us into her property at very short notice. Accommodation was located in the heart of the Napoli street scene. The apartment was roomy and had a washing machine.

    A number of things weren't great: 1) The accommodation was inaccessible by taxi which meant we had to drag our luggage three blocks on cobble stones to get to the front door. Once inside, we had to get our luggage up two flights of stairs before accesing the tiny, slow lift. 2) There was no toilet seat on the toilet and the shower required maintenance. 3) We could not access the WIFI, despite using the password provided. 4) In short, don't ask the host for a refund for days of paid accommodation not used. It won't be forthcoming.

    there is no elevator I had to climb 6 stairs each time, once going up with luggage and once down with luggage I almost died from exhaustion
