    If I could give this place 11 out of 10 I would!!!! Valentina was THE MOST welcoming and thoughtful host we have ever encountered on our travels. Lots of space. Great recommendations. Very responsive to info requests. Comfortable beds. Local biscuits and treats on arrival. Shared washing machine on same with other apartments worked well. Also let us leave our bags a few hours early after our train arrived late morning. No more than easy 20 min walk to soooo many of major Florence attractions.

    Nothing to dislike.

    In general a pleasant experience and highly recommended

    The host Valentina is very attentive and helped us a lot ; the location is brilliant as it’s very centred so can access all tourist places by walking

    Maybe the properly can benefit from hanging a curtain for the room inside to block the light from outside

    Fantastic apartment. Book it!!

    This apartment in Florence is fantastic! The host Valentina is amazing and met us right at the apartment when we landed in Florence. She was super communicative beforehand and was there for anything we could have needed. The bonus was being able to wash our clothes! The apartment is on the 2nd floor (so you’ll get your steps in!) and is in a great spot. There was some construction on the street where the apartment is in so we only had about a minute walk from where the taxi could drop us off. The apartment itself is huge compared to other French and Italian spots we’ve stayed in. There is also a balcony which was perfect to spend some time outside on. We would love to come back to Florence to stay here again.

    Perfect location, wonderful host, great facilities! Very happy with our stay 😊

    Apartment was clean, comfortable, quiet Had plenty of amenities including kitchenette and washing machine!
