Perfect base at Lake Como with amazing views
First of all what an amazing view and multiple of them. The balcony view, the bedroom view and the outside seating area. It was perfect start to our honeymoon. The apartment was tidy and had all the facilities we needed. Moltrasio is just a short bus ride away from como and other neighbouring towns and the stop for the bus is directly outside the property, although the buses themselves are sometimes unreliable. Me and my Husband started using ferries for transport into Varenna and Bellagio. Check in was easy and there is a few stairs up to the property but very manageable. The noise from the road didn’t really affect our stay here. We were out most of the day and by the evening it was minimal. To sit on the balcony in the morning with a coffee and take in the view felt like a dream.
The front bedroom bed was quite creaky and sort of dipped in the middle. It didn’t take away from our stay though

La literie est moyenne Les plus de 300 marches à descendre ou à monter, lorsqu' on veut aller se restaurer, se baigner Toujours dans l' obligation de prendre la voiture. Le gros point négatif est le bruit constant des voitures, du fait de la route très fréquentée (nuit et jour) Impossible de dormir ou d' admirer la vue sans un bruit constant de voitures ou de motos

We didn’t get there.
After our booking, the host requested our ID upfront, which we declined due to data privacy concerns. The host also follows unfair business practices with hidden costs for late check-in with a fee of 50€. So why forcing customers transmitting their ID upfront threading not giving them anything if not following their guidelines? As stated in their check-in request after the booking is made and paid. There is a remark regarding additional costs. But you have to scroll down very long to the important Information Section. You don’t see it during the booking process, also ending up in fuzzy statements. We tried to cancel this booking several times with Booking. Hands off!
