Spacious apartment with big terrace an sea views from couple of rooms and the tarrace. The location is very convenient bacause it is close to the beach, the bakery in few meters and few minutes to supermarket by walk. Parking place right next to the stairs and also a garage to keep stuff like sups e.t.c. There was a gas grill behind the terrace, very easy and fast coocking. Very kind and hepful owners, an old couple, but they speak English wery well.
The road is quite busy, but this was not a big issue for us. There is some noise of course from it. Might take some time to drive out of parking place in rush hours. Apartment might seem old from the first sight but there were new things as well: big android tv, spacious fridge, new air condioners in 2 rooms. One bedroom had older AC.

Это был прекрасный отпуск, отличные и чистые апартаменты, хозяева замечательная семья, которая нас радушно встретила и предоставила все удобства. Мы заказали морепродукты и они были свежими. Если бы можно было оценить наш отпуск на 100, то моя оценка 100! Мы обязательно встретимся в следующем году.
Мы в Подстране второй раз, если Вам не нравится шум машин, то рассматривайте вторую линию. Для нас это не было проблемой
