CANCELACION EL DIA ANTERIOR POR PARTE DEL ALOJAMIENTO
No puedo decir que es lo que mas nos gustó porque no tuvimos oportunidad de alojarnos alli. El dia de antes recibimos un mensaje via booking (en ningun momento nos llamaron por telefono para informarnos, lo cual habria sido lo minimo en este caso) informandonos de que no podian ofrecernos el alojamiento porque habian tenido desperfectos en la puerta por parte de los inquilinos previos. Entiendo que hay cosas que escapan de su control, pero lo minimo hubiera sido llamarnos por telefono para contactar.
Las formas de comunicarse en caso de imprevisto.

Location was convenient to train station and within walking distance to most major sites.
Would have liked toaster in kitchen for breakfast. The soap provided for bathing were small tiny samples that were rather useless.

Location was excellent. 5 minutes from the train station Santa Maria Novella. AC worked perfectly! There is an elevator, it is on the 2nd floor. Coffee bars and restaurants all around and at a good price.

Apartment lacks in charm and cleanliness
The apartment was a good size for 6 adults. However, it was lacking charm and care. The host did not provide soap (only a few sample packets as an "initial" amount), shampoo, sufficient Toilet paper, or other amenities that they listed would be provided. Despite a pretty steep "cleaning fee", we all noted that the floors were not particularly clean, especially in the bedrooms (as shown by our feet after walking barefoot in the bedrooms). The location was decent and a short walk to restaurants and events.
See above. Also, their website or emails were not secured and my contact information and reservation information was leaked to scammers.. I had to cancel my credit card and obtain a new one only days before my trip.
