    Great location and affordable.

    Very accessible from the train station, you can walk to the apartment. Very central, just a few blocks from the piazza maggiore and main attractions. You can also visit surrounding towns. We visited Ravenna. Lucia is very responsive and flexible.

    We were three people, it could be a bit tight.

    Klimaanlagen haben nur teilweise funktioniert, leider kein Reinigungsmittel bzw. kein sauberer Schwamm in der Küche, Boden verträgt Nassreinigung

    Konumu çok iyi, girişle ilgili bilgilendirmeler iyi. Yatak çok geniş ve rahat. Daire genel olarak geniş ve ferah.

    Salondaki klima soğutmuyordu. Yatak odasındaki klima aşırı gürültülü. Sıcak olmasına rağmen kapatmak zorunda kaldık. Pencere açık olunca da dışarıdan çok fazla ses geliyor. Havluların rengi gri olmuş kirli gibi görünüyor. Banyodaki tesisattan su akıyor. Altına küçük bir leğen konulmuştu ve tabi ki bizim onu dökmemiz gerekti. Ancak kurulamak için hiçbir temizlik malzemesi yoktu. İlk günden sonra banyoda sıcak su da yoktu. Kahve makinası doğru dürüst çalışmıyordu. Late check out yapabileceğimizi sorduğumda cevap bile verilmedi.
