Op de ligging na was de rest één grote tegenvaller!
De ligging was prima vlakbij Vaticaanstad. Ook ligt er een metrostation om de hoek. Ook enkele winkels en restaurantjes op een loopafstand.
Personeel was erg onvriendelijk, hadden amper tijd voor je. Ligt werkte nauwelijks, waardoor mijn moeder van 76 elke dag trappen moest lopen. Bedden lagen niet prettig. Ontbijt was erg mager en kaartjes voor het ontbijt lagen niet klaar. Er werd beloofd dat deze nog gebracht zouden worden, maar uiteindelijk moesten wij hier zelf achteraan en ook toen onvriendelijke reactie. Bij aankomst was gezegd dat we om 11 uur uit mochten checken, maar op de dag van vertrek om 11 uur werd ons zeer onvriendelijk gezegd dat we een half uur te laat waren. Sterker nog: personeel had onze laatste spullen zonder onze toestemming van de kamer gehaald waaronder zelf mijn telefoon uit de oplader.

Quattro giorni piacevoli. Struttura che consiglierò a chi dovrà soggiornare a Roma per qualvhe giorno.
Posizione molto comoda innanzitutto a San Pietro e poi al resto della città vista la vicinanza con la metropolitana .

Posizione molto comoda con San Pietro a 5 minuti e stazione metropolitana Ottaviano a 2 passi. Stanza ben pulita e fornita. Si trova al 4 piano del palazzo ma con ascensore per raggiungerla. Colazione al bar ottima
Porta d'ingresso della camera non molto salda perquanto quando altri ospiti del B&B entravano dal portone principale sbatteva creando un gran baccano. Per il resto tutto ottimo!
