L’appartement est absolument parfait, les chambres très confortables. Tout est parfaitement propre. Il y a des serviettes de toilette en quantité suffisante. La petite cuisine est bien équipée également même si nous ne l’avons pas vraiment utilisée et la vue sur le grand canal est juste magnifique ! Le quartier est très agréable avec beaucoup d’endroits pour sortir le soir, des restaurants, tout en étant un quartier avec une vraie vie locale vénitienne. nous avons adoré notre séjour et l’accueil du propriétaire était également parfait

Front row seat on the Grand Canal for regatta storica.
Amazing location with good view of grand canal. Beautiful old property, nice size, with full kitchen, washer & AC!
More € than I typically spend, but the location, size, charm, & facilities are worth it.

Wegen der Lage zum Kanal bereuen wir die Buchung nicht. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt allerdings nicht.
Frühstücken mit Blick auf den Canal Grande.
Sehr einfach eingerichtet. Die vorhandenen Möbel wie die Couch sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Muffiger Geruch im Kleiderschrank, sodass dieser nicht genutzt werden konnte.
