Lugar cómodo, con supermercado y metro muy cerca. Tenía todo lo necesario.

Zaten met ons verblijf tussen tientallen "Tijdelijk" gehuisveste moeders met zeer veel kinderen van uiteenlopende leeftijden en dat gaf erg veel lawaai en onrust tot 22:00 uur. Van ons terras viel geen moment gebruik te maken door gebrek aan privacy en de herrie. Het is eigenlijk heel vreemd om voor zowel "opvang" als recreatie te kiezen. De Eigenaar en de lieve schoonmaakster deden hun best, maar konden de overlast niet verhelpen. Als hotel kan je het momenteel beter niet boeken! Ik denk dat de eigenaar een keuze moet maken, of het één of het ander, maar niet beide.

Für einen Trip nach Paris, um die Unterkunft nur zum Schlafen zu nutzen, ist es eine optimale Location.
Man ist in 2 Minuten an der Metro und trotz der großen Straße in der Nähe ist es ruhig. Das Auto steht sicher in der Tiefgarage. In der Küche kann man gut ein eigenes Frühstück vorbereiten.
Der Rollo ging nicht vollständig zu schließen. Der Weg zum Appartment ist am Abend nicht beleuchtet. Die Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage ist extrem eng. Die Kapselmaschine funktionierte nicht richtig.

Ottima accoglienza del proprietario, appartamento in buone condizioni, bagno ristrutturato con doccia multifunzione, presente tutto il necessario per preparare la cena, inclusa macchina del caffè e cialde. Piacevole il piccolo spazio esterno se sei al piano terra, comodo il parcheggio sotterraneo dove mettere la macchina e non usarla più dato che la fermata della metro 7 rosa è proprio a 2 passi. La cittadina non è vicinissima al centro di Parigi (da considerare per chi vuole fare vita notturna) ma senza cambiare si arriva diretti al Louvre in circa 30 minuti. Di fianco all'ingresso della metropolitana si trova un market e di fronte una panetteria/pasticceria
Non c'è aria condizionata ma comunque è presente un ventilatore
