Perfect spot to enjoy Monopoli old town
Very secure, private space in the heart of Monopoli old town. Restaurants, gelato and the water all within minutes of us, but hardly any noise. Great communication about codes and access. Also note - this apartment is up two flights of steep stairs, which was fine for us but some might struggle with getting bags up there
Bed creaked. The washing machine was broken, but they were working to fix it

Location wise go for it!
Location location! That the property had a washing machine and balcony. Big bedroom for bags etc. comfortable beds, quiet neighbourhood just a few steps from restaurants and bars and shops!
The steep narrow steps up to the 2nd floor. The property needed some TLC the oven was dirty - we had to ask for some more linen - was provided the next day - the “top” balcony was unkempt and not attractive at all. Just an umbrella, being swept etc would have done the trick! No tea towels or wine glasses !
