    Itse huone oli mukavasti sisustettu ja siisti. Siivous toimi hyvin ja siivoojat olivat todella mukavia. Hyvä sijainti ja äänieristys.

    Ilmastointi huoneessa ei toiminut ja tämä kerrottiin meille pian saapumisen jälkeen. Olimme kuitenkin maksaneet huoneesta, jossa piti olla ilmastointi. Korjaus oli kuulemma tilattu. Neljän yön aikana mitään tapahtunut ilmastoinnin korjaamiseksi useista pyynnöistä huolimatta, vain pahoiteltiin tilannetta. Huoneessa oli 28 astetta lämmintä ensimmäisenä yönä ja emme pystyneet nukkumaan ollenkaan! Viimeisenä aamuna myös ilmoitettiin, että aamupalaa ei tarjota. Olisimme halunneet vain juoda kahvit. Aamupalakin oli ilmoitettu sisältyvän hintaan. Tässä hotellissa et voi luottaa saavasi sinulle myydyt palvelut.

    Local super perto do centro histórico e de suas atrações, restaurantes e lojas. Coma confortável, quarto espaçoso e um atendimento acolhedor. Vale apena, eu voltarei a me hospedar aqui quando voltar a Nápoles.
