Please be aware that Galapagos is conformed by different islands; in this case you are arriving to to Santa Cruz Island. Once you arrive to Seymour Airport in Baltra Island, please take a public bus to Baltra Ferry Terminal where you should take a ferry to Santa Cruz Ferry Terminal. Then, take a bus or a taxi to Puerto Ayora. Give the driver the property's name and directions in order to arrive easily. This whole trip take approximately 40 minutes. To move between islands you can take a boat or plane; please check with your hotel the different schedules. Guests are kindly notified of the fact that Galapagos has a tropical weather and ecosystem. Therefore and especially being part of the National Park, there is a diversity of bugs and animal species, like nonpoisonous spiders, lizards, bees, and ants. The property takes efforts to exterminate bees and ants, but does not intent to kill the spiders and lizards, as they are considered harmless and live in their own habitat. Please note that breakfast is served between 7:30 and 9:30 am. Payments are made trough PayPal, guests will receive a request via e-mail with more details.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. Eine erlebnisreiche Unterkunft in Puerto Ayora
Die Lage der Festung ist super und etwas ruhiger gelegen. Roberto hat uns spitzenmäßig bei Ausflügen geholfen und war immer sehr hilfsbereit. Die Turmsuite ist sicherlich ein tolles Erlebnis, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool war sehr schön und völlig ausreichend.
Das Frühstück war eher ausreichend zu bewerten. Insgesamt ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis auf den Inseln weniger gut als im restlichen Ecuador.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt!
Die Unterkunft war hervorragend. Man hat sich wie in einer Burg gefühlt und Gianna und Roberto waren super Gastgeber. Das Frühstück am Morgen auf der Terrasse war wunderbar. Außerdem hat uns Gianna toll bei Ausflügen und bei der Überfahrt nach San Christobal geholfen. Vielen Dank für alles. 😊🙏

Er hangt een uitstekende sfeer bij het hotel en de host is behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is top.

Fantastic atypic place !
We had booked 3 bedroom in this hotel (out of 5 I think). The place is really amazing and atypic ! Owner built everything and the place is really really cool. The major suite in the tower is THE game changer. it comes 2 terrasses, a tower and fantastic view over Santa Cruz national park and over the hotel swimming pool. Other rooms were quite "standard", but still very confortable and functional. Definitely recommand the tower suite ! Place was so cosy that it took us 3 days lazy by the swimming pool before to exit the hotel !
We were in Galapagos for diving and taking daily tours ... which means early morning departure. Unfortenately, even if we were the only clients of the hotel (3 rooms were us, the other one was family of the owner), they didn't offer early breakfast between 6h30 and 7h30 so we could enjoy their very good breakfast by the pool before to go on tour. Except this lack of flexibility, staff and owner were very nice ! We will be back for sure !
