The apartment was perfectly located between the beach and the old town. It was nicely decorated and I appreciated complimentary water and beer. It was also very quiet.
We arrived late so the normal check-in wasn't available. We collected the keys from the main office but we weren't given proper instructions on how to access the apartment. The address provided on the booking.com website is for a building on the opposite side of the road. We haven't been given the apartment number and when asked for it, the host sent a photo of the apartment without the number being visible. We stayed in the apartment for a week and asked for fresh towels mid stay. My message wasn't replied to. There was no washing machine in the apartment. Also, there was only one window facing the courtyard and there was a slight damp issue in the apartment. Overall the apartment looks better in the photos than in reality.

The apartment was clean (except for a cockroach in the shower when we arrived!) and nicely decorated. It had pretty much everything we needed, but when we were running out of toilet paper I was told I had to purchase additional rolls myself. We were a family of 4 and it was tight. It would be great for 2 people. There is only 1 window which does not look outside (into a general courtyard (only tiles) as it is on the ground floor. The real advantage is it was directly behind the congress center (I was attending a conference) and is in walking distance from the train. Lots of restaurants near by. The value was far less than I paid for a family suite in two different hostels in Barcelona and Madrid.

La ubicación es muy buena y la zona es silenciosa.
Las ventanas del comedor dan a un patio de entrada por donde pasan los demas vecinos, los cristales no son translúcidos y aunque tiene cortinas no tiene apenas privacidad.
