    Good for a couple of days for a single person, bed is not quit as described.

    Очень приятная и отзывчивая хозяйка. В доме все чисто , есть все для проживания. Отличное расположение. Рядом небольшой дворик с лавочками. Можно просто выйти и посидеть спокойно во дворе.

    Единственное, что не понравилось, но это не зависит от хозяйки, и это было в отзывах, что шумное метро под низом. Ну и на мой взгляд, это чисто мое мнение, я люблю спать в полной темноте. Чуть добавить блэкаут.

    Peaceful studio

    A lovely little self-contained place with it's own door just at the edge of a small park. Really good value with everything I needed for a few days in Yerevan. Great to have extras like toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner etc provided (often not the case!).

    Nothing! A small stove might be nice to make self catering more feasible.
