Cozy and convenient.
Excellent location. you can walk to the train station or it’s one stop away on the vaporetto. Lots of connections from the vaporetto stop, which is very close by, to many other places across Venice. Plenty of bars, restaurants, bakeries nearby. Nespresso coffee maker included, with capsules. The person that greeted me was very professional and informative. She even purchased a bottle of clothing detergent for me because I wanted to do some wash.
The stairs leading up to the third floor are not easy to navigate, even for someone like me who is fairly limber. There is no elevator. There are only two small plastic bottles of bath gel, hotel sample size. Be prepared to follow specific instructions about trash removal. Host expects you to clean and put away all dishes you have used before you leave. The mattress could use a refresh.

Perfect even for long stays
It was the perfect apartment for me, my wife and my 9 year old son. The AC, fan blowers and the washing machine were life savers during the heatwave in August. The host is very nice and informative, the apartment very clean, the kitchen well equipped. Comfortable bed also. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Une hôte très gentille qui parle français en plus. Très facile à trouver, des bars et des restaurants tout autour. Quartier calme à 30 minutes des grands monuments à pieds en passant par des zones très fréquentés ou des ruelles à découvrir.
L'accès à l'appartement n'est pas conseillé pour les personnes avec un handicap. 3ème étage avec des petites marches.
