    The location is excellent. A few minutes walk from the Arenal so you are in the heart of Javea. Also close to supermarkets and a great bakery for breakfast. The pool is excellent and the gardens well kept and the apartment has lots of water toys and pots, pans etc. There is a smart TV so possible to watch Netflix and also a washing machine and plenty of washing tablets snd soap etc. There was also a welcome pack and the host Tina on hand to help when we had a light fuse .

    It was dirty..the fridge hadn't been cleaned properly from the last guests. When I opened the pan draw I could see dirt underneath the cupboard, the microwave wasn't clean and every glass I took out or knife, fork etc I washed before using. Just as well as the second to last night I saw a visiting cockroach in the utensil drawer. The whole place needs a good clean and some areas, where you walk in for example and the balcony to the main bedroom felt dirty and cluttered. We had a great holiday in Javea but unfortunately I wouldn't go back to this apartment unless it has a serious update and starts to have effective cleaning.
