    Ruhige Lage in angenehmem Viertel, Strand gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Vermieterin hat auf Nachrichten immer sehr schnell reagiert.

    Die Wohnung ist zwar schön designt, aber teilweise unpraktisch. Nebst den Betten hat es nur wenig Platz. Sie wirken wie zu groß für diese Räume. Die Sonne heizt den Ort, an dem der Esstisch steht, stark auf (ok, es gibt Aircondition). Einzelnes war schmuddelig: Pfannen waren nicht sauber und die Überzüge des Sofas müssten mal gereinigt werden. Auch war ein Teil der Armatur in der Küche (Brause) . Toilettenpapier und Abfallsäcke sind nicht großzügig bemessen.
