    Lokatie en sfeer en zeer vriendelijke hosts

    Badkamer verouderd en hier en daar vies. Verder met regen buiten regende het ook binnen.

    Great Location, Very Basic Apartment

    Location is perfect for sightseeing, bars and restaurants etc, although the street is busy and noisy until the early hours, which is to be expected. Airconditioning was appreciated in the 30˚plus heat. Great to have a washing machine to get our laundry up to date. Prompt return of deposit. Apartment management very responsive when we had problems with the water stopping.

    Facilities list a dishwasher but there isn't one. Showerhead attachment was broken and would not attached to wall. Incredibly frustrating and unacceptable when paying €260 per night. We reported this but nothing was done about it during our stay. The building lost water for a few hours one evening. We were told to purchase water from nearby Dia and we would be reimbursed, which we did and we were reimbursed. Entry was very convoluted but you got used to it. Mobile phone needed to access building. Had to be careful not to run out of battery on phone or you would be locked out. Need to carry a power bank if you are going out for a full day of sightseeing and taking a lot of photos and navigating with your phone. Price is obviously based on location only as the apartment is very basic: no bedside lamps, no bedside powerpoint for charging, only one bedside table, only one hook for hand towel in the bathroom (we had to put the drying rack in the living room to dry towels), no mirror except the bathroom mirror.

    ¡Muy cómodo y bien comunicado!

    La comodidad, el aire acondicionado ya q hacia mucho calor cuando fuimos; tenía todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia, toallas, menaje etc. La respuesta inmediata del anfitrión; la cercanía a todo, caminando unos 9 min estábamos en sol, unos 5 en plaza mayor, genial!

    Por poner una crítica, la limpieza era mejorable, por ejemplo el lavabo no estaba bien limpio al llegar.
