    Clean, comfortable and friendly

    Simone and others were very friendly and helpful. The staff overall is very professional, pleasant and natural. This makes a big difference!

    My toilet seat was broken. I notified Simone. She was apologetic, and said she would tell the owner. The area outside the hotel could be cleaned up, maybe some plants would be good in the entrance area. It was difficult to get clear information about how to get into Rome city center, bus vs train, taxi. This should be made easier. I was advised to take a bus from Fiumicino Centro, which was not clear to find, ticket at tabacci... I waited 2 hours on Sunday for the bus to arrive. Perhaps using the hotel shuttle to and from train could be used.
