Personale di servizio molto cortese e sollecito. Ottima accoglienza.

    the apartment was clean.

The elevator was not working for several days, even though we had to pay a fee to use it. The apartment was also very noisy. You could hear almost everything from outside, and the sound insulation was very poor. The air conditioner was making a strange rattling noise from time to time. The fridge was very small, with barely enough space for one bottle of water.
