Perfect stay in Orvieto
The pictures of the room do not do it justice. The room I stayed in was decorated with a simple yet refined touch. The double windows kept street noise out of the room and the bed was very comfortable. Location was excellent.
Thus really isn’t a negative, but the woman who ran the lodging was rather overworked hustling in the morning between serving breakfast downstairs and changing over the rooms upstairs. It took me a bit to realize that she worked separately from the cafe while they shared the same space. Be sure to have cash to pay the city tax and be able to carry your bags up the long flight of stairs.

Very cozy with spacious rooms. The location was very central too. We parked behind the Duomo and walked to the hotel, which was not far. We received a fabulous dinner recommendation and were able to get in with out a reservation, lucky for us. Our host was very friendly and accommodating.
There are stairs which weren’t a problem for us but may be for other travelers, especially with big luggage.

Too short of a stay.
The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The locale was incredible. Would love to come back.
The steps, haha. Nit that was mostly our fault for having too much luggage.

Charming B&B style apartment right in the old town, easy walk to the cathedral and other sites. Great assistance getting to the secure parking area - we were met in the town square and then guided to the spot. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was simple, served in a cafe downstairs.
Driving through the old town was somewhat daunting - don't try it with a larger car!
