Pleasant place, can be better
The flat is in the heart of Palermo in a quiet alley. Although the flat has a potential of been really great it is a bit worn out.
Communication was a bit stressful, shower in a bad condition , very little flow (either hot or cold) and on the second day there wasn't hot water at all. And all this while we had to wait before check in for the plumber to fix it ... What's the point of having a coffee machine without any coffee availble to use it? With a few minor details I would say this can be a great place to stay.

La posizione è veramente il punto forte. Bella anche la ristrutturazione dell'appartamentino. La proprietà è stata facilmente contattabile, anche se non al numero indicato da booking, gentile e disponibile nel farci entrare prima.
Mobilio datato e non in buone condizioni. Arrivando siamo state accolte da un'odore di pesce che non ci ha lasciato per tutto il soggiorno nonostante deodorante ambiente e finestre aperte. Puzzavano anche stoviglie e frigo! Non propriamente pulito in molti punti (vd muri della cameretta, tenda doccia, frigo). Tassa di soggiorno indicata sul sito diversa da quanto richiesto.

Ottima posizione, servizi da rivedere...
Posizione della casa ottima, praticamente è in centro a Palermo, potevi tranquillamente girare il centro storico a piedi nella zona pedonale.
Alcuni elettrodomestici non funzionavano (macchinetta del caffè e bollitore), la doccia era ingestibile con la temperatura, avere delle fette biscottate e 2 cracker non significa avere una colazione e per ultimo ma forse il più importante, avere a disposizione una bottiglia d'acqua quando si arriva nella struttura visto che quella del rubinetto non è potabile. La casa per una famiglia di 4 persone è un pò "Forzata".
