    Convenient location but some issues

    Excellent location, big room, friendly staff, great views

    Bathroom had lots of limescale and smelt of stale urine (especially strong if you closed the door of the bathroom too long). The room was serviced by replacing the bathmat but our cups weren't changed. We also used the shuttle service but it was a lot of admin (needing to remind them 24 hours before arriving, numerous messages from her whilst waiting to get through security), she phoned people whilst driving and wasn't dropped to the door (we were dropped in the middle of a busy street)
