Il posto Perfetto!!! Location spettacolare , raffinato e soprattutto pulitissimo , poi ubicato nel pieno Centro di Pescara . Non si può chiedere di meglio

Posizione ottima, market a 2 minuti, bar pasticceria a 1 minuto e strada dei locali a 4 minuti Per scarico si può parcheggiare vicino all'ingresso poi è necessario trovare un parcheggio che esiste anche gratuitamente Tutto pulito e molto bello.. torneremo sicuramente!

It was not a good experience for us unfortunately!
The location is good, just a few hundred meters to the center where the restaurants are. And there is grocery store nearby too.
The room is nice and artistic, but very small, no kitchen, just a small sink and very tiny water boiler and coffee machine. Toilet is also very tiny, there is no where for you to put your toiletries. There is cooking top and sitting room but they were locked, if we need to use them, we have to pay extra $50 for cooking top and 80% for sitting room, We only found out about this from the booking confirmation email from booking.com after we made the booking, but it was too late. The description at booking.com says that the guest can enjoy a nice Italian breakfast, but what we got is just dry breads, some biscuit, two small croissant, two small soft drinks, they are all cheap and commercial products, we don't look at these as a "nice Italian breakfast", its misleading.
