House full of cockroaches
Nice seaside view
House was full of cockroaches, there were no cleaning products in the house and no cockroach spray. Wrote to the agency and no one replied during the weekend. On Monday, I received reply that "this is a well known situation in Tenerife, especially for the properties situated close to the beach". That would've been an information that should've been shared upfront and products to help with managing this unpleasant situation should've been at our disposal. To be honest, I dont know who would pay so much money to spend the time with cockroaches. It was extremely disgusting and unpleasant.

Estancia agradable frente al mar
El apartamento muy amplio y cómodo, muy buena ubicación, tranquilo y con todo lo necesario. El ruido del mar, muy relajante!
Había una escalera de veinte escalones para acceder, estaba en el primer piso Un par de sillas cómodas de playa y una mesita hubieran hecho falta en la terraza , no había donde sentarse por lo que quedaba sin uso. Fue imposible comunicar con los propietarios antes de ir, no contestaron ni a mensajes ni al teléfono para aclarar dudas. Sólo se pusieron en contacto con nosotros dos días antes para dar las instrucciones de acceso y por un teléfono distinto al que aparecía en la web.
