    NOT a boutique hotel. Rude staff and broken items

    The ocean view

    The gentleman on the phone was sarcastic and rude. Acted as if it was a huge favor to allow me for an early check in and was very rude to explain all the items that were not properly functioning. I requested an early check in online here via booking.com message and the hotel replied the automatic message one day AFTER my check in was done. The gentleman was very unwelcoming and is not prepared to deal with tourists. Specially with women as he sounded very disrespectful to hear my voice as a non-fluent Spanish speaker. In the room, lots of malfunction apparel, dirt, rusty, missing items, broken items, definitely can’t call this place a “BOUTIQUE” hotel. It is misleading. - boutique hotel has standards os how to train the guests, there are towels and impeccable conditions. This was not the case. I have a video to share. But I can t upload it here.
