    Schöne Anlage mit unglaublich freundlichem Personal, die aber 5 griechischen Sternen nicht gerecht wird

    Wirklich unglaublich freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen. Hilfsbereit, nett, mehrsprachig und egal wie stressig es war immer nett und mit dem Gefühl, dass man willkommen ist. Danke dafür! Die Anlage an sich ist schön (Drumherum eher schwierig).

    Wenngleich vieles wirklich gut war, gab es in der Summe, doch einige Defizite für ein 5-Sterne-Haus. Der Regen, ja es war ungewöhnlich viel, hat sich überall seinen Weg gesucht. Zimmerdecke, Wand, Lampen, Steckdosen, …. Das Schimmelt jetzt alles so langsam im ganzen Hotel (Fahrstühle, abgehängte Decken, Lobby, Zimmer, Flure,… überall. Der Architekt hat sträfliche Fehler gemacht. Dann viel das Licht im Zimmer aus, dann Steckdosen etc. in den Folgetagen. Alles sehr freundlich behoben, aber nicht 5 Sterne. Im Gebäude sollte es sicher sein und nichz Stromschlaggefahr bestehen. Leider rauchen noch zu viele Menschen. Die Raucherterasse im Barbereich ist durch eine Glastür getrennt, welche meist offen steht (und durch Personal nach schließen von uns wieder aufgemacht wurde). Dadurch zieht der Rauch durch. Das alles im Vergleich zu anderen (5-Sternen -auch in Griechenland) macht es leider zu der Bewertung. Sorry, an das Personal. An euch lag es nicht! Ihr wart super!
