    The apartment is located within ztl of Tivoli. The owner has a very detailed instruction on how to drive to the property and how he can welcome you to the parking spot. He will provide a pass to display in the car. The apartment is located on the third floor where there is no elevator. The apartment is well equipped and maintained.

    Totally recommend — perfect location and an incredibly kind host, Giovanni!

    We had such a lovely stay at Mensa Ponderaria, and Giovanni was truly an exceptional host! From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly kind and welcoming. He met us at the parking area and had even secured a parking spot for us with his own car, which was such a thoughtful gesture. He then helped us with our luggage and showed us to our room. The room was very clean and had already been cooled down with the AC before our arrival — such a nice touch considering the heat! Everything we could possibly need was there: water, coffee, tea, disposable toothbrushes, hygiene kits, and even slippers. You can really see the attention given to making guests feel comfortable. Giovanni also gave us plenty of recommendations for places to visit around Tivoli. The next day, I realized I had forgotten a few things in the room, and he gladly came back to give me access. He even took the time to show us some beautiful spots around the city. Giovanni is such a lovely and genuinely kind person, always with a big smile on his face. Life would be much easier if we only had to deal with people like him on a daily basis! 😊 Thank you so, so much, Giovanni, for your kindness and for making our stay so pleasant. We would absolutely recommend Mensa Ponderaria!

    The only small point I would mention is that the bed was a little too firm for my personal taste, but aside from that, everything was perfect.
