The staff were very friendly and approachable to my requests. They have laundry service for a very economical price. The breakfast varies everyday. And they clean and tidy up the room on a daily basis.
The rain. Nothing to do with the hotel itself.

Communicatin with the hotel was very good. Breakfast offered a small variety of Vietnamese and Western food, not bad. Staff were friendly and helpful. Walking distance to King Kong Mart, a huge supermarket. The pool had a shallow end for small children and a deep end with 1.6 meters. We could use the microwave in the kitchen to warm up stuff.
Unfortunately due to maintanence issues we were assigned a different room than the one we booked. But they even offered to give us 2 rooms instead and tried to make up for the change. Wifi was slow. The rooms are rather dark, because if you open the window bugs will come in.
