    Lemon House on the Hills - a place we'll definitely return to next time we're in Florence.

    We loved the Lemon House on the Hills. We wanted to stay just on the outskirts of Florence city and this apartment was perfect. When you leave the gate, you turn right for a 45 minute walk to Pente Vecchio (or 5 minutes to the bus stop) and turn left to walk toward a more rural setting. The access instructions provided were details and precise and once we were inside the apartment we found a book with detailed information to make our stay enjoyable from places to do groceries and eat to transport options to places of interest. The court year outside is enormous and the apartment is very well equipped. We could have stayed 1 month!

    Nice place located on very narrow road.

    The outdoor space is really a huge bonus. Inside is clean and feels comfortable.

    It was not easy to pull in and unload as the parking was not next door. I suggest the directions are updated to explain better to where to pull in to as we had to circle around on a very narrow street. Not great for those with limited mobility or elderly. There is a washing machine but no dryer, which would have been god to know.
