The day before my arrival, I contacted the host to ask whether an early check-in would be possible. I was told that I could collect the keys around 11:00–11:30 a.m., which I really appreciated. I was very happy with this arrangement, as I value hosts who are flexible and willing to accommodate their guests. Unfortunately, the following day, the experience was very disappointing. I arrived at the apartment at the agreed time, but it was difficult to get in touch with the host. My messages asking whether the apartment was ready and how to access it went unanswered. After a long wait, I was informed that someone would contact me via WhatsApp once the apartment was ready, despite having been assured the day before that it would be available around 11:00 a.m. I finally received the access instructions at 2:00 p.m. As a result, I spent three hours waiting outside the building, from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., losing valuable time that I could have spent exploring Bucharest. I understand that unexpected delays can happen, but the lack of communication and the difference between what was promised and what actually happened were very frustrating. Clear and timely communication would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, this experience negatively affected the start of my stay.

Camera este un studio în complex rezidențial, curată și dotată cu tot ce trebuie. Am stat doar o singură noapte, dar am decis să mai rezerv încă două nopți în perioada imediat următoare. Proprietara este foare amabilă și orice problemă se poate rezolva imediat cu ea, iar sentimentul nu este cel de hotel, ci de acasă.

Im Badezimmer und in der Küche wurden insgesamt fünf Kakerlaken entdeckt. Es ist jedoch möglich, dass sie von den Nachbarn gekommen sind Das Zimmer war etwas staubig
