    Amazing staff and excellent communication, loved the room 101

    The room we had 101 was excellent with tons of space. Didn’t realize that the sofa was a bed until I returned to pick up my bags and saw the room being flipped. The hotel was excellent with contacting us and communicating with Booking and later whats App. I loved the ability to use code or keys. At check in we had a great explanation of things in the spaces and what to do around the city. I did find the hands off nature of this hotel different from what I was used to meaning no one is really on site all the time. But at the same time I didn’t feel that was necessary as well since communication was sooo easy. The hotel is located in a “office building” it felt like that to me. But we had a small terrace. AC worked well. There are block out shutters which were great for sleeping in and a sense of security.

    The bags were held after checkout for us I was very grateful, but there is not really a dedicated secured room. It was great how it worked out but don’t expect that it is FULLY secured space for storage.

    very lucky for having found this place

    This was indeed a wonderful experience. Michelle was at our arrival and since then she was a friend. She took steps beyond what we believed were necessary. The location, in the middle of the theaters. excellent service, modern design of the apartment with all the amenities. The cleaning staff very helpful. I would highly recommend it. Extremely clean, details taken care of.
