    スタッフは親切でした。

    立地がいい ベッドが清潔

    トイレと洗面器の配置が近すぎる。 使いづらい。 食洗機とキッチンの扉の取手の位置も近く、食洗機を開けるのが一手間かかる。 チェックイン、アウトの鍵の受け渡しが、別の場所になる為わかりづらい。

    The family truly enjoyed their stay and can’t wait to call again.

    Service was excellent from the host

    Aircon would be great as Ballito is quite humid, but the fans were a breeze.

    The location

    The unit was not as clean as expected. No aircon in the living area as advertised. Toilet seat in main bathroom is broken. Curtains in the main bedroom is coming off the railing because the end caps are missing. The shower/tap mixer in the main bathroom doesn't work properly and the screen on top of the bath doesn't seal properly.
