We had such a lovely stay at **La Palma Villas 35** in Mossel Bay from 4–6 September, and our experience was made even more special by the wonderful service we received from the team. From the moment we made our booking, the communication was excellent. We received regular confirmation emails and WhatsApp messages, which made everything feel organised and reassuring from the very beginning. A special thank you to **Margaret Rossouw** for making sure we had everything we needed ahead of our arrival. When we arrived in Mossel Bay, the weather was incredibly cold and windy, but **Elna Conradie** was there waiting patiently for us with the keys. Her warmth and kindness were such a welcome after our journey. She was also incredibly apologetic and accommodating regarding the toilet that was being attended to in the en-suite bathroom when we arrived, and she handled the situation with such professionalism and care. What really stood out to us was that the excellent service didn't stop once we had checked in. Elna continued to check in on us every day, making sure we were comfortable and that everything was okay. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, she responded incredibly quickly and went out of her way to help. The apartment itself was **really spacious, comfortable and well-suited to our stay**, and overall we had a wonderful two nights in Mossel Bay. It is not often that you come across accommodation where the customer service feels so genuinely personal and caring. **Margaret and Elna really went above and beyond**, and their attention to detail made us feel welcomed and looked after throughout our stay. Thank you for a really lovely experience. We would definitely be happy to stay at La Palma Villas 35 again and would happily recommend it to others visiting Mossel Bay. ❤️

Very neat and beautiful rooms. Will definitely recommend the accommodation. Comfortable couches, with a lovely braai area looking out on the beach. Mosselbaai area is amazing, clean and so much to do. I will be returning soos.
