    Me gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel, ya que permite caminar tranquilamente por el centro de la Ciudad Amurallada y llegar fácilmente a diferentes lugares de interés. El desayuno estuvo bueno y el personal fue muy amable y atento durante nuestra estancia.

    No me gustó que la piscina no estuviera habilitada, ya que precisamente reservé el hotel por este servicio. Esta información debió indicarse claramente en la página; de haberlo sabido, no habría realizado la reserva. Me asignaron una habitación en el primer piso que tenía un espacio abierto en el baño, por el que se escuchaban los ruidos del restaurante ubicado en el tercer piso. Además, desde este espacio se podían ver las ventanas de las habitaciones de los pisos superiores, lo cual resultaba bastante incómodo, ya que había que tener cuidado al utilizar la ducha para preservar la privacidad. Asimismo, se escuchaban claramente los pasos de las personas que se encontraban en la habitación de arriba, lo que restaba tranquilidad a la estancia.

    El desayuno estaba deli, Alexandra y Dona super amables, las arepas de huevo de Dona expectaculares, Naty en la recepcion super amable

    Muchas escaleras, es un punto que se debe informar al usuario, en caso de que tenga alguna restricción de salud y las instalaciones les hace falta un poco de mantenimientoaobre todo loa muebles de la terraza
