    The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Made it feel like you are staying with family. Room was comfy. It was a great deal. Super great value. Awesome people that work there.

    A lovely hotel tucked away in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Despite the busy, noisy streets outside, the hotel is wonderfully quiet, a welcome retreat after a day exploring the city. Our room had a kitchenette and felt more like a home than a hotel room, which made our stay especially comfortable. We would happily have stayed longer and would love to return. A special thank you to Victor (Front Dest), who welcomed us and took so much time to chat with us throughout our stay. He shared plenty of great recommendations, from places to visit in Hanoi and beyond to the best cafés and spots for dessert. His advice and wonderful sense of humour made our stay even more memorable. With Victor, you’re in excellent hands!

    The staff was very helpful great location to see sites. Location was good. It was clean and good value for money for an overnight stay. I am glad on a short notice to find a good value hotel
