Her kindness, warm personality, professionalism, and genuine dedication to customer service are truly exceptional. She has a natural ability to make people feel welcome, comfortable, and appreciated, and her positive energy makes all the difference. What impressed us most was her attention to detail and the genuine care she puts into everything she does. She doesn’t just provide excellent service; she creates an experience that makes people want to come back. People like Linda are the reason great places become unforgettable.   行程前3+最後1天入住，飯店服務很周到+早餐豐富，交通便利＆舊城區周五到日封街離grab可上車的邊界也近。週間在飯店等待搭火車前往sapa，員工還貼心準備點心給我們；也提供行李寄放。預算充足可直接選湖景房型。

  小插曲…高樓層遇到抽水馬達壞掉，幾小時後有排除

  Great stay

  Travelling as a couple, we couldn't have picked a better spot. The hotel is located in the Old City but you dont hear the noise from the streets. Our room was spotless, with a comfortable bed, and a view of the Hoan Kiem Lake. Front desk staff recommended a great resto and gave advice on the area. In addition he arranged for a packed breakfast as we’re leaving g early on an excursion. Looking forward to returning in a few days

  Une excellente adresse

  Un personnel très attentionné et un super emplacement pour profiter du centre de Hanoï. Jimmy et Enzo ont été formidables pour nous accueillir pendant le séjour, merci beaucoup pour votre gentillesse. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et avec du choix, la chambre était très propre et nous avions une vue superbe sur le lac !
