Fabulous house with amazing pool and outside space. Patricia our host could not have made us feel more welcome. She was on hand for all our needs with a big smile. She has been one of the best hosts we've ever experienced! She facilitated a late check out and with Etna creating havoc at Catania airport she let us know about local news reports and assured us that if our flight was cancelled we could just phone her and we could come back so we would not be homeless.
The aircon, although worked really well and kept us cool throughout our stay, did have a few issues with 1 room and it would have been better to have been able to turn it off in some rooms and on in others but Patricia, our host was so helpful in sorting this out and she appreciated me informing her of any issue at any time so it really did not impact on our stay.

The host was very welcoming and immediately responsive to our messages and needs. The house is big enough and is equipped with ACs in all rooms. The grounds are massive and the pool was very well maintained.
Cleanliness could have been better, and the whole property could do with better upkeep.

La maison est située dans un endroit calme proche de la plage fontane bianche a 3 min en voiture et a 25 min de la très belle ville d'Ortigia. La maison est confortable et dispose d'un très grand terrain avec une grande piscine et une cuisine extérieure il y a également un billard un babyfoot et une table de ping-pong au rez de chaussée et un jacuzzi sur le toit. Patrizia a été à l'écoute et disponible elle nous a accueilli avec un petit apéritif de bienvenue et nous a bien expliqué le fonctionnement des différents aménagements intérieur et extérieur. De plus elle est venue nettoyer la piscine durant notre absence afin qu'elle reste propre.
Sur une des douches la partie avec le pomo de douche et la tête de douche fonctionnaient simultanément, ce qui rendait difficile de ne pas se mouiller les cheveux.

The villa is beautiful inside and out.Very spacious and air conditioning works perfectly.Thank you to Patritiza for a lovely welcome - such a nice start to a perfect week.The terrace view is amazing and lovely spot for a relaxing breakfast.We enjoyed the games area and pool area.We had lots of plans to sight see but Villa so lovely we spent most of our week hanging out there.Our stay flew by and definitely would love to return.Thank you😊
