Super bon emplacement, à 300m de la station balnéaire de Cala Ratjada. A 5mn à pieds de la ville très animée avec de très nombreux restaurants et lieux de sorties, mais l'endroit est très calme avec aucun problème pour stationner la voiture même dans la 1ère quinzaine d'août. Vraiment très très appréciable.

Tenía todas las comodidades estaba todo limpio y ordenado elegimos muy bien la persona que nos rentó el departamento muy amable y atenta agradecemos mucho todo .
No hubo nada que no nos gustara todo estupendo volveremos sin duda !

Uns hats sehr gut gefallen, es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Der Besitzer hat schnell reagiert, als wir ein Problem hatten und hat eine Lösung gefunden.
Da im Schlafzimmer keine Klimaanlage ist, war es Nachts recht warm. Es gibt zwar einen Ventilator aber war trotzdem recht warm. Im Wohnzimmer ist eine Klimaanlage vorhanden.

Gemütlich und funktional lm etwas älteren Bewohnerstadtteil. Gut für Alleinreisene oder Paare.
