The apartment and the building as a whole were very clean. In many places, because we have a young child, we usually clean the floors ourselves as soon as we arrive, but here we didn’t feel the need to do that at all. The building has only a few apartments (four, if I remember correctly), and it was really quiet. There was also a bookshelf and some children’s toys in the courtyard, which could be a great bonus for some families. Since we were only staying for one night, though, we didn’t need to use them.
The bed was a bit too soft for our liking. Of course, this is a matter of personal preference, but I think a firmer mattress would be an improvement. The bathroom water heater could use some maintenance (based on the label on it, last service was from 2024, IIRC). It kept switching on and off every few seconds (perhaps every 20 seconds), even when the water wasn’t running and nobody was in the bathroom. This wasn’t particularly noisy or disruptive, but it doesn’t seem energy-efficient, and it also made it a little difficult to maintain a consistent water temperature while showering. The shower holder was slightly too small for the showerhead, so it took a bit of fiddling to position it securely. It also tended to loosen and tilt whenever the water was turned on or off.
