    Location, style/design, spaciousness, amenities, reception and support by Tommasso.

    Poor air-conditioning, didn't suffice for the August heat. Minor fixes needed at windows. I could also mention the 3 stairs one has to walk with a heavy suitcase, but this is part of the otherwise perfect experience of living in refurbished old buildings downtown.
