Spacious room, excellent location, and great value for money. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful. The room was the cleanest I have ever stayed in, even cleaner than some luxury hotels! The terrace had a lovely view of Orvieto, and the parking right across the street was very convenient. The host also provided clear instructions and helpful arrangements for ZTL access, which gave us great peace of mind. The kitchenette had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!
